I’ve been using these bands for many years. As a Personal Trainer I love them for my clients of various sizes and abilities. The hook makes it so easy to use. Also these bands last a long time. Get this band and forget all the rest!!

A game changer product

I'm in EU, and looked all over here and couldn't find a product as good as Committed HP's. Even with the inconvenient of having to import it from the US and the product's already nontrivial price, it was totally worth it. A few years ago I've started having serious hip joint problems and needed to take physical therapy very seriously, and these were a godsend. I consistently need to tweak my routine adding load and it's virtually impossible with the bands I found here, even with a good gym and lots of education on the theme at my disposal. Very resistant materials, and the rubber-like material on the insides make them very practical for exercise without slipping on your hips and other nuisances. I'm a 5'10" muscular guy at around 200lbs and around 15-20% body fat, with a stocky build and thighs around 25", so I opted for the better band plus kit and an extra strong regular. Even though I'm not a small guy, I wasn't convinced if the plus or regulars would be a better fit. So I figured that if they were too long I could just shorten/sow them myself a little. Besides, my hips are very weak, and the range of load of the plus bands seemed a little higher and more suitable. At the end, I don't really think it would have mattered, and the regular ones would have done the job, too. Anyways, great product, definitely worth the price. The pouches that come with them are also very neat and the PDF material available is also very useful. Totally recommended it. Thanks y'all for manufacturing this.

fantastic even in plus size!

I have wanted heavy cloth bands for ages, because I don't like the ones that roll up and bite into my legs. But I'm 250 lbs and didn't want to pay for something so awkward to use that probably wouldn't fit over my thighs anyway. Then I saw this review by The Sarah Taylor and decided to try it. https://youtu.be/K2PHm6UO6kY?si=fcVfd8RUwfJ1KtP2 I couldn't be more satisfied - it's perfect. As good as any other heavy cloth band for comfort and non-rolling, but it really is "better". The hooking makes it easier to put on, and it's more flexible because of the adjustable length.

Edited from 1 to 5. I got sent the wrong product, see below. Turns out they ship out of a warehouse that ships for other vendors and an error was made. But the customer service was fantastic and they replied and reshipped very quickly.

The item itself is amazing material. The hook is sturdy metal and feels like it can tolerate the stress force of the band for years to come.

The rubber grip on the inner band is stitched into the fabric, designed to expand with the band. The different slots allow for a variety of resistances. 5 stars.

I'll update this once I get a reply from the company. I ordered the better band but when I opened the package inside was a deck of Hypnotic language cards. I have no idea how that could have happened.
