Product Change?

I ordered the Plus Med-Strong Better Band and it would not go around my legs. (I had purchased the same last year which was fabulous, but I left it at the gym since so many people liked it.)

I then contacted customer service and was able to exchange it for a Plus Light-Med Better Band and just had to pay shipping. When I received that band it was way too loose. After comparing the lengths, there is at least an inch difference. I'm not sure what happen.

Their customer service team was super helpful and prompt in getting me return labels, and working with me during this past month. They said they would look into this issue so I will wait another week before purchasing the Plus Med-Strong band again just to see if it was a fluke.
