Edited from 1 to 5. I got sent the wrong product, see below. Turns out they ship out of a warehouse that ships for other vendors and an error was made. But the customer service was fantastic and they replied and reshipped very quickly.

The item itself is amazing material. The hook is sturdy metal and feels like it can tolerate the stress force of the band for years to come.

The rubber grip on the inner band is stitched into the fabric, designed to expand with the band. The different slots allow for a variety of resistances. 5 stars.

I'll update this once I get a reply from the company. I ordered the better band but when I opened the package inside was a deck of Hypnotic language cards. I have no idea how that could have happened.

So far, I am happy with my purchase.

I am a Plus Sized woman with very thick thighs who is in the throws of strength and mobility training to lose weight, get stronger and establish new healthy routines for life. These Better Bands were truly a GAME CHANGER for advancing my training!!! Doing Booty Banded exercises with classic bands was fine below the knees but anything at the knees or just above them was near impossible with even the most heavy duty quality classic bands as they just aren't made for thick plus sized thighs. These Better Bands PLUS truly are better! They're incredible for quick on and off making my ability to switch between exercises smooth and FAST! They fit my thighs perfectly while staying secure, no rolling, no bunching, no cutting off my circulation! The quality is incredible and I am very happy. I'm making sure my Personal Trainer is very aware of their existence for future PS clients or body builders. My only suggestion is you need at LEAST two more strength ranges in the Better Bands PLUS: 30-44lb Strong & 44-58lb Hero Strength. I would buy them immediately.

Love the ease of getting it on and off and the adjustable resistance. With the bonus that it doesn’t fold over and irritate your muscles like a basic band can.

I purchased these bands for one of my personal training clients who is a large or extra large pants size. They are super easy to take on and off, and don't slide down or roll up like other bands.

If only these were more affordable, I'd buy some for myself too!

I have been having problems with my right hip. My trainer has a bunch of these bands and they are great for glute bridges and crab walks which really help.

I am a bigger gal that is very dedicated to the gym. I love the banded exercise but the constant fight of gravety and a rubber band above my knees was discouraging, frustrating, and painful. This product is great. I can perform the moves correctly without fighting the band rolling or hurting my legs.

Wonderful bands!! They are the best resistance bands I've ever used. The closure clip is great, so easy to put in place. Love them!!
